We review your plat, architectural documents, and HOA guidelines so every constraint is accounted for.

Prepare to build.

We turn the chosen design into a build-ready package: drawings, approvals, and a clear schedule before a shovel hits dirt. Why this matters →

Construction detailing

Completed 3D design, architectural drawings (if needed), and final material selections, all locked in.

Permitting handled

Our documents meet city, county, and HOA requirements. We field every follow-up and handle every permit.

Scheduling

Start dates factor in permit timing, material availability, and our current construction schedule.

Pre-construction meeting

We walk you through the checklist, explain what to expect on site, and answer any last questions.

04 Step Four

Build your dream space.

Most clients are surprised how their yard looks after day two. It gets ugly at first, but it always comes together. We promise.

Dedicated project manager

Excellent communicators who keep you updated on progress and timeline throughout the build.

Weekly payment schedule

You pay for work as you see it installed. A washed-out week means no payment that week, fair for both sides.

Clean, predictable site

Organized crew, respected property, and daily site tidy-up so your home stays livable through the build.

Final walkthrough

Meet with your Project Manager one last time, settle the final invoice, and start enjoying your new space.
